Dr Jason Condello is the Owner of Smile Forever and a highly experienced dental surgeon. He graduated with credit from the University of Otago in 1998 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and commenced practice at Smile Forever Dental in 1999.

Jason purchased the practice in 2003 and graduated from the UWA business school with an MBA in 2004.  Always committed to embracing the continuous development and innovation in dentistry, Jason advanced his studies in the field of dental implants and was privileged to be supported and mentored by Dr Rick Lazar, Specialist Prosthodontist, who runs his practice out of the same building at 55 Colin Street, West Perth.

Jason enjoys practicing dentistry and building Smile Forever as a predominantly adult practice. He has forged an enviable reputation for comprehensive dental treatments for patients from general maintenance right through to complex rehabilitation including crowns, bridges, veneers and dental implants.

Jason is an experienced cosmetic dental surgeon and has a special interest in the surgical aspect of dentistry including implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, bone and soft tissue grafting procedures.
